Many new applicants for pesticide registration do not realize that under certain circumstances they may cite data previously submitted by others in support of their present applications. The staff at Delta Analytical have aided clients in identifying relevant data, filing appropriate paperwork with EPA for citing and compensating the previous data submitter, and, in contested circumstances, preparing for arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association.
